The Cozy Comfort correctly supports mommy's weight while she sleeps. An important upgrade mother's demanded was belly support. This maternity body pillow features a belly support allowing the tummy to rest and support the baby comfortable. Perhaps the best feature is the large, square head rest area. Other pillows feature a flimsy, oddly shaped area for the head. The Cozy Comfort's head support resembles a standard pillow to provide comfort. This is one of the only pregnancy pillows designed with an easy to remove zipper-cover. Now, the pillow and case can be separated for washing. Both are machine washable, made of a 50/50 combination of polyester and cotton, and a 200 Thread count percale. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, this product cannot be returned.

Like the other reviewers said, this pillow is huge! I'm 5'0" tall, so I am about as long as this pillow. I bought this when I was about 20 weeks along because I needed something to support my belly. At the time it was just too big for that and it was easier if I placed a towel under my belly while I slept on my side. It also caused me to sleep in weird angles and I would wake up with a backache, so I stopped using it for awhile. Now that I am 28 weeks it seems to work much better. The pillow curves in to support your inner back and under your belly. I try to push each side inward as much as I can so that I don't roll over on my back but I am as wide as the gap so sometimes I end up rolling a lot. It does keep me (and my husband) really warm on those cold nights and I expect that as I get further along that I will fill into the pillow curves much better.
My husband bought this pillow for me when we found out we were expecting our second child. When I was pregnant with out son (first child) I could never sleep comfortably and would try shoving regular pillows all over the place with no luck.
This pillow has been a life saver! I have not had any problems sleeping at night due to being uncomfortable. The pillow is quite big and will take up half of a queen size bed. My husband has a love hate relationship with it. He usually uses the side of the pillow that is next to him if I am not using it.
When I received the pillow I noticed there was a tear in the pillow case and the pillow, i emailed the company that night and by morning I had a return shipping label in my inbox as well as a tracking number for a new pillow they had already sent me to replace it! 2 days later my new pillow arrived with no flaws.
